My journey to create a new kind of consumer company began from my love for scuba diving. My very first dive a decade ago was like uncovering a whole new planet – sea turtles, coral reefs and marine life of every imaginable colour. But over the years I have seen my favourite diving sites turned from beautiful paradises to plastic dumping grounds.

I started cutting down on my own single-use plastic consumption, but it was challenging to find plastic-free alternatives when it comes to everyday essentials without compromising on accessibility, affordability and effectiveness.

That’s when I left my corporate career and started working with some of the best scientists and designers in Sydney and Melbourne to rethink our everyday products - to create a clean and attainable way forward to put an end to the single-use plastic problem.
