RIVSALT LIQUORICE, a chunk of premium raw liquorice from Italy, adds to the growing Rivsalt family. Together with the high quality stainless steel grater and an elegant oak stand, it becomes a centrepiece at the dining table.

Just about any dessert gets a tasty kick from grated raw liquorice, be it ice cream or a slice of chocolate cake. You may also want to spice up your cooking, try it on fish, in your Saturday night chili or a cup of hot cocoa or tea. Rivsalt Liquorice is made without any additives and is gluten-free.

Individuals with hypertension should avoid excessive consumption.

Easy peasy to support local!
Love love love it! I live in the UK and needed to find a present for a friend based in Melbourne. I didn't want to buy her something generic from Amazon so did a bit of research and stumbled upon trauve. Well curated with a beautiful selection of small, local brands. It saved me so much time as all these small brands were under the same 'roof'. Wish we had something similar here, so much easier than forever trawling Amazon or Etsy for something good. 5 stars!
