Let your own breathing follow the guided light in Able’s stomach. As the light grows bigger, breathe in and pause. As the light shrinks smaller, breathe out and pause. Repeat as many times as you can.
With practice, following Able as your visual guide, you will learn to do this more and more easily, helping to interrupt the nervous system when big feelings take over, reset, and feel able to more clearly see through the challenge or emotion you’re facing.

Returns
All returns need to be initiated within 30 days of receiving your initial order.
The item must be returned in its original condition: unused, unwashed, and in its protective dust bag, and proof of purchase.
Purchases made on sale are not eligible for returns, unless in the event that the item is deemed faulty.
